Collaborative design solutions.
We work closely with our partners to shape digital services that people rely on, co-creating progress that serves a common purpose.
Coforma is a minority-owned, small business. Founded in 2017, our record of service extends across healthcare, immigration, private sector innovation, access to services, and more. We’re public servants at heart, with experience working in the White House, US Marine Corps, US Digital Service, and state agencies. We consciously help our public and private sector partners improve the way they procure, design, and build the products and services that people need to live happier, healthier lives.

We value partnerships over consulting. We make an effort to ensure our partners are a good fit for our team, and for our mission.
We build ethical technology products with select, like-minded commercial companies who care about people.
Our government partners benefit from our private sector experience and our commitment to public service.
Private sector and government experience converge in outcome-oriented opportunities for nonprofits.
Our Focus Areas
Across government, nonprofit, and commercial work, we’ve identified areas of focus where we provide value-adding impact and results to the work of incredible organizations like yours.
Health is at the center of the human experience. We take a human-centered approach to learning pain points to care, systems, and technologies—utilizing a multifaceted approach to address them.
As immigrants, we know the critical tools, products, and services that need further investment to enable smooth and safe immigration to the United States. As a company, we’re prepared to do our part.
We are Veterans, and we do not leave anyone behind. With the right partners, our approach and skills can enable streamlined access to support and services for these deserving populations.
Voting & Civic Engagement
Democracy is served by centering and empowering people’s voices. We support these missions with a people, process, and technology approach towards service and product solutions.
Access to Justice & Equity
The US has a robust and overworked justice system that can more effectively create peace and ensure rehabilitation with ethical technology, design solutions, and partners at every level.
The benefits of the services and the product advancements we enable crosses borders and provides value to partner democracies, organizations, and institutions around the world.
We offer a range of services, tailored to your project, budget, and timeline.

A Coforma program is an extension of our expertise, mission, and culture that aims to serve the needs of an issue area that’s near to our hearts.
Health+ (“health plus”) is an ongoing series of research and problem solving cycles created by &Partners and sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the CTO. The program focuses on specific, high-impact health issues, with the goal of fostering human- and patient-centered solutions by utilizing research findings, collaboration, and creative problem solving.
