Health+ Cycle Reports
Health+ Long COVID Report
To complement the findings and recommendations of two earlier reports, the US Department of Health and Human Services leveraged Coforma’s Health+ program to broaden the conversation and elevate what is often underrepresented in Long COVID statistics, scientific literature, and policy making—the narratives and expertise of people with Long COVID and what they want and need to live better, healthier lives.
Health+ Lyme Disease Report
The Health+ Lyme Disease program cycle supported the LymeX Innovation Accelerator (LymeX), a $25 million public-private partnership between the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation. The report outlines the problems patients and their caregivers face in getting a diagnosis and treatment for Lyme and four key opportunity areas for moving forward.
Health+ Sickle Cell HCD Report
The Health+ Sickle Cell Disease HCD Report illustrates patient personas, archetypes, and journeys to better understand the lived experiences of patients. It also presents opportunities and recommendations to enable innovation that improves the lives of individuals living with Sickle Cell Disease.
